I have never seen or heard anything about sakuras parents. she just lives alone and never the manga never says anything about sakuras arents who where they.(i may be wrong just wanna know)

Well she has a mum, she was shouting at Sakura telling her she'll be late in one of the really early Episodes, around the time when they first become Genin.

yeah we have never seen her parents, so most likely they were not shinobi and are irrelevant characters.

She definitely has a living mother and based on the conversation between her and sasuke a living father too

I believe so!

I remember in one episode that sakura said goodbye to her parents.

I don't think we herd them say anything or see them though...

Her parents are there, but they're like the adults in the Charlie Brown show, you will never see what they look like. Not even in the manga. Maybe at the very end of naruto they will make an appearance showing their pride in how strong she has gotten. Along with all the rest of naruto's friends or whatever.
