Deciding the winner will be through a small judging system

Out of random from all members outside of the clan, members will be chosen and will narrow downt he entries to 3 artworks.

And then the clan will decide from there. Optional to vote, as for the chosen three, they can vote if they like, but cannot vote their own work.

Judging system will change depending on the active size of the clan

EDIT: Haruhi, you probably didn't read the contest rules properly. It says: "no digital art allowed" which means your contest entry has to be hand-made and colored, no pc.
