Doing 2 projects in wich all the members are included is a bit much to pull off, firstly I think that drawing should be out of sheer fun, so none is obligated to join it. However the more the merrier.
As for not being able to draw anime characters beside of your own, this just calls for practice.
Maybe we should open another thread with guides, or not just a thread but another bit of forums where everyone can post guides. This way everyone can learn from each other.
I realy think that making loads of diffrent characters from diffrent anime or thought up characters would not benefit the drawing itself and therefor (at least for me that is) it would be less fun to make it. (I could be totaly wrong but this is just my thinking ^^)

As for drawing Hinata? go google it, alot of pictures you can use.

I currently have no access but my dad has one he just has to find the software to install it on him comp. I also have the money now so im probobly going to buy a scanner soon. Like within the next week.
