I don't realy know the relation between those 2 guys, but they realy look alike. So unless they are brothers of some sort, or alter ego's or split personality/ghost/subcounciousness.....etc. I would make them a bit more diffrent to have more distinction between main characters.
Realy nice and neat drawing btw, I can see no faults (well the fact that their floating heads with bits of upper-bodies....) It's flawless! GJ! can't wait to read the actualy manga story ^^
Lol they aren't brothers, but they come close. It's not an easy explanation though. First of all, the right guy doesn't always look like this, he's usually looking younger and has larger eyes. In fact, the guy on the left (Nathan) has an evil side. This evil side has once infected the right guy (Ephran) with a corrupting virus, which allows Ephran to pull out his evil side. This corrupted virus changes Ephran's body so he becomes a little like Nathan.
Btw, this is a sketch of Nathan's evil side, Nathos:
I h8 to say so, but he doesn't realy look that evil....
Well sure, he has a big scar on his head, and sure he has a bit of an evil smirk on his face. But somehow he just seems happy to me....
Great work though
Well, I'm already doing this in my manga, but it's not the focus, instead it's actually what makes the main character much more powerful, when he merges the two sides of him together.
This was also used in Samurai Deeper Kyo... Demon Eyes was the blood lusting side that loved war, and the other part was the tranquil side that wanted peace. While they're both separate, their skills are the same, the only difference was how they used it, due to how they thought.
Well, it's not like it hasn't been used for other animes and mangas as well. Bleach has used it with the Hollow selves. Used pretty often in Samurai-like animes and mangas, it goes the same with Rurouni Kenshin too, with the Battousai mode and all.
And do I like to talk, yes I'm a senile old man that likes to talk. >_>
<_< Even though I'm only about to turn 16 in a few months...
