I know that this has probably been suggested 1 billion times but i strongly recommend there being a manga section.I have seen some manga forums and they are some of the most active forums around.

We already have this section a while back.

How about a Junk Section? any locked threads are moved there, any threads that arent active are locked and moved there, any threads that arent locked and are in that section, are locked there, so everything in that section is locked!
