No chamber said you can be higher than genin if you are a missing nin, and he is a missing nin. Also, he is jounin class level, so he can have more than 10 jutsu's, its cos we all are genin so we cant have more than 10. Yes, Wood element is a kekke genkei because having earth and water elements doesnt mean you can have wood, only if you have it in you blood you can 'mix' the two elements to make wood, just like yamato and kakashi explained to Naruto. So you have to choose between your 2 kekke genkei's

gondara then paid for his ramen and decided to go to the market to get some supplies for the upcoming days, and might even grab a second sword while hes there, he laughs at the thought as he arrives at the market, he just walks around browsing for a while and then bought various foods then headed over to the blacksmith

''Sensei, what is all this? its not like you to do this much work'' mizuki didnt want to reply and gave a little smile to kimato, and kimato left the academy cos he was tired and he needed to be top fit for tomorows meeting.

As Ketsuraku was walking in the forest between the fire country and Konha he spotted
a white orb. After observing it he picked it up. It looked like it was made out of glass and
inside of it there was a small amount of swirling chakra, so he put it in his traveling bag.

He walked towards the 7th Bridge which lays over the main river of the Hidden Mist Village. He quickly ate some sweet ramen and some rice and walked to the meeting spot. As he approached the Bridge, He saw a boy about his age waiting for someone. It was Yamada, a skilled genin from the mizukage's clan. Yamada graduated the same day as Kimato did, and Yamada and Kimato were ok with each other, they never really argued that much and both accepted each other. ''So you are in my team, could have been worse'' Yamada said glancing at the river. ''Yea, You got lucky with me'' replied kimato with a smile. ''Do you know who our sensei is?'', Kimato asked.............''That would be me'', Out of the water a body suddenly came out. The person had a black coat and a mask over his face. ''ANBU?'' kimato said.
