Chapter 1- A Startling Discovery

The forests of the Timeless world were always brimming with life, it was as if time existed, as in the basic principles of time, a world without time will die and rot within it's own chaos. But this world, was unique, different, and strange, but extremely wonderful at the same time. The Timeless world was primitive, and had their own settlements and small towns and villages, all supporting each other, and there were hundreds of different terrains that existed within this world, just like any other. The Timeless world was made mainly of the people who came from the World of Time, and had their Timespans erased, making them officially a Timeless. These people come in very few numbers, and day and night still goes on in the Timeless world, which was extremely strange.

Though what holds more mystery are the deep forests of this strange and wonderful world. Yes the forests may be extremely beautiful and are an ideal place to go out for a walk or two, but they hold many dangers, and many mysteries, some far too dangerous, and others may be the most wonderful thing you'll ever see. Dragons and giant lizards and bugs of sorts are common within these forests, though the Dragons are far and few, the bugs and large lizards are fairly common. The forests are lush with life, butterflies and bugs of a harmless sort fly about, bees buzz around their hives, creating the condensed and sweet liquid we know as honey, fruits ripen to a point of a crazy amount of sweetness, and small forest animals run about doing whatever they do, but this is only the earlier parts of the forest. As one goes deeper into a forest, the higher the trees go, and the more blocked the sunlight becomes, and the more giant bugs and lizards will appear. No one dares to go further than the forest's edge, and even if they did, it was usually due to a childish dare.

The Timeless beings of an abandoned elven fort sit by as they attempt to find a way to create a portal to the Timeless world. The world around them, frozen in time, leaves floating in midair, water gushing, but not gushing at the same time, bugs and animals of sorts stay still within the picture frame of a world. This world had become a literal picture, though picking fruits to eat and taking water was still possible, this was the only thing that kept them alive, but the thing that cut them down, were the Time Beasts, malevolent, dark beasts, round or sharp eyes, blank white or glowing yellow, they were ruthless, they may be weak, but in numbers, they were strong.

The Timeless beings of the abandoned fort did not come unprepared, they had swords, most had skill in magic, many others had specialty weapons, and some carried bows. There were luckily healers among the crew but that was it. The whole fort was filled up, it was as if the whole fort was a fully operational base of operations, the fort was brimming with positive life, people walking around and chatting, others sitting down and discussing defense plans, and the rest were being plain silly and getting drunk.

(You can start by FINDING the fort or ALREADY IN the fort)

senur awoke he had been bathing to relax before what he expected to be a big climactic fight to rescue a young fortune teller who worked directly for the king he got out of the water but it was stiff like the earth the fortress before him was different and his armor was no longer there somehow whoever took his armor missed that he picked it up and separated it so that it was 2 swords and slowly went for the entrance once reached he saw elves he had not expected such a large force of such creatures he expected rescuing the lady nay even entering the fortress would be difficult now he grabbed a scoop of water and sipped on it"this is just plain weird" he said to himself"then a female voice said to him this place is much more beautiful then the land we come if only it were not to rot..."

"I am one of the elves a timeless living in this abandoned base I don't exactly understand what happened to the time everything should be constantly restoring itself but the water no longer flows we must go further and further to get it though it does help keep the monsters away theres one now"

OOC: Uhh... yea they do tend to make weird names for the Time Beasts... well not only that:

To the confused people who do not know the meaning of free roaming-
Well if i describe one place in particular, maybe even two or three, you should be starting in those areas, it's very simple, just keep this in mind and you'll do fine.

Karasu sat in the tree, eating apples as it were, the sun's beams shone upon the grass of the forest bed, littered with many bugs of sorts and small furry, woodland animals. Though the day was young and it was only the morning, the Bird Settlement he lived in, isolated him from everyone, namely due to his past life, but to him, his past life was nothing but a game that got boring for him. Karasu began to doze off, the day was quiet and peaceful, the sun, even if it did not reach him, was warm, such conditions were perfect for sleep.

OOC: Pretty much interact with others maybe for awhile

IN: Thewho opened the window. It was early in the morning, he quickly put on some light clothes and kissed his wife on the cheek, then he went out.
He got to the river where he practiced his Fire elements, but the river was not flowing and he remembered of that
terrible accident. Thewho went back in the hut and told his wife he is going on a trip. He got his battle clothes, staff and few of his wifes specially made loafs of bread and began the journey.

OOC: that is it for now, i have to go out, may be later i will write something more.

A young man crossed the familiar trail in the Timeless forest as his eyes darted to the many sounds and movements within its shaded confines. His tread was almost soundless in his soft hide boots, as a padded quiver of spears hung at his waist. The hunter carried a long hide bag over his shoulders which smelled strongly of the fruits, as he hurried gradually towards the lighter outer edges of the forest. It was only here he slowed his jog as he shifted his heavy prize into a more comfortable position as he noticed someone sitting comfortably in a nearby tree.

He grinned behind his blackened mask as he shifted the scarf he had wrapped around his head. With that he flung the spear in hand which skimmed Karasu as it impaled the target apple, on its descent it caught a lucky second before embedding in a neighbouring tree. “Greetings friend, nice day isn’t it?” He called up to Karasu as he pulled down his mask and brushed back the scarf around his head as he set his large fruit smelling bag down. “Keep an eye out for some large insects a couple have strayed out of their usual territory.” The man said conversationally as he retrieved his fruit laden spear.

Leanah walked through the forest, her light blade at her side glimmering in the glints of sunlight. The white cloak she wore was floating loosely in the wind. Finally, she stopped, at the familiar break in the tree line along the river.

"Nathan... I remember when you used to come here with me..." She whispered, looking longingly at the worn wooden cross in the roots of an old oak tree. "You would be twenty-one today..." A tear rolled down her cheek, and she clutched the small pendant hanging at her neck. "But I need to be strong. I promised you that, before..." She stood up, and taking the light pink flower in her hair, she laid it against the cross. Taking one last forlorn glance, she began the walk back.

"Oh! I didn't expect to see anyone here!" She exclaimed, seeing the two men speaking by a tree about fifty yards from the bank where she had been. "I'm... sorry for interrupting you."

OOC: Yep, that's correct, but time already froze... so you play from there

As Thewho was walking towards the nearest city he saw an hooded man. He was confused because he thought everything was frozen, but this man was walking.

Thewho greeted this man, and under the hood came out a deep voice: " You are the one who survived right?
"yes i am, me and my family."
"I am one of the Timeless."
"You are one of the what?"
"The Timeless, we are a race that is living in a timeless world, where no time passes."
"How is this possible?"
"Join me and come to our fort and you will see. It is not far away but you can't find it alone it is hidden very well.
"Are there more survivors or timeless in the fort."
"Yes there are. We are preparing for the worse."
"Ok. Lead the way."
So Thewho followed the man, but he was on his guard because the story was a little odd.
A long the way, he picked up an apple from the tree and eat it and remembered something
"Is there food and good shelter in the fortress?"
"There is enough for all of us"
Thewho wondered what was going on. The man did not speak very much and only
when asked he would answer in a few words.

OOC: Are there day and night even when everything was frozen. Because in order to have day and night
you need time and you need the earth to be spinning, or is it same as the timeless world now?
There is no time but still there are day and night????

IN: Shortly after they reached a tunnel. It was hidden and it leaded to the fort.
They entered, but before that Thewho picked up some berries so he could have something to eat if there wasn't enough food.

The tunnel was dark but it was straight, at least that is what Thewho thought.
In an hour walk they saw light ahead. It was the exit. The sun was beaming.
They exited the tunnel and in front of them was an abandoned fort.
That what it seemed like until they entered it.

There was a fire place and people where cooking fish, making potions, baking bread and some were just warming their selfs.
Thewho took out his loafs of bread and warmed tham on the fire and started eating, the hooded man gave him fish to eat and turned away to disappear in the group of people.
