No you don't need to level up. You need to shorten the name of the sig. Right click the image and save it onto your computer. Then rename it with a really short name like "sig" or :"xh". Then upload it to Photobucket, or Imageshack, or a photo sharing website. Then copy the [IMG] Code to your sig.

ok, I'll try fated's way since I don't have photobucket...

EDIT: Ok, fated, it turned out the same way, but I just made an account on Photobucket because I will probably need it later too. I will try Daniels way. If the naruhina sig is there, you will know it worked!

I agree with Neko that Ino one is out of this world the color choice is perfect (purple all the way) but the simplistic background just tops it off, a top job fatted 9/10
