and i dont know any of the others.....i just saw that one on a site...but i believe it was a joke and went something like this

3) My eyes glazed over as they always do when gun stuff appears... maybe the swordsman killed the gunman before he loaded his gun or something...

1 and 2 are correct, those were the easiest and probably some of the most common riddles out there.

3 and 4 are incorrect, I only said that there was a shot fired, but it hit the man in the right temple, while the shooter was facing the left temple. The key here is well... What was the right temple facing when he was shot?

Also, the swordsman, indeed did kill the man, but the shots were all loaded before the man arrived to the scene. The key is the gun.

But, saying this is from the gunman's view, to him, it would look like he went to the left side of the wagon man. (It's a perspective thing i believe). Even though it was the Wagon man's right side, to the gunman, it was the gunman's left, if ya get what I'm saying.

The man was towing the cart behind him, and was stopped by a gunman, directly in front of him. The witness was on his right, but was shot after he turned his head to face the witness.

Also, the gun's caliber has something to do with the swordsman, gunman part.

but you said the swordman killed him eh?
or maybe the bullets bounced at swordman's sword?
