Orly?... I didn't know I was correct...

I don't know any really good ones or anything, but let's see what I can muster up

1. How would you empty a bath tub? Using a tea spoon, or a bucket?

2. How can you turn eleven sticks into nine, without removing any sticks or altering them in any way?

3. A person brought a sword to a gun fight, yet he beat the gunman. He wasn't close to the gunman at all from the start, nor did he throw the sword. The gunman was using a high caliber revolver, probably about 45mm or so, he had full ammo. How did the swordsman win?

4. A man was towing a cart. He was stopped by a gunman, but upon hearing the words of a witness, the man turned to face right, he was then shot in the right temple. It wasn't possible that he was shot in the right temple, since the man's left temple was facing the gunman. How was it possible that the man was shot in the right temple, rather than the left?

Ok my turn

the ting that is stopping the watter (got no idea how it's called)
2. just gather those 11 sticks and form a nine

Does that mean not even moving them???

3.Well the guy used a bigger caliber than the gun and so the gun
exploded in to his face..

4.Who is he man shot and ho is the shooter....?
If the shooter is the gunman and the witness was shot in the right temple
when facing the shooter with the left, he might have that shot from before or he could just turned around...

Please make the last one more clear...
