It doesn't have to be hand drawn as long as the rules are being followed!

Not posters! There's a huge difference between a poster and a scroll. Posters come off as it gets old, scrolls are already made to last!

I'm going to try to enter this contest

however, can the images be colored manually? I have a lot of photoediting software(well,not a lot) like photoshop, but I have not much experience on it

Hmm...an example would be something like this:
