LoL for 2 months...? OMG WTF indeed...
![]() You should have said earlier, it could have been like 10000000 times easier to repair it... But now it requires some work before we even begin... What kind of sound card do you have...? Or is it on your motherboard, if so then what is your mother board (model, serial number and etc...?) EDIT: It's getting late here... Your problem is lack of drivers. Drivers are control and system programs that ran and operate with the hardware (the solid part of the comp). You must have done something to delete them, or a virus messed them up. They an be downloaded from your sound card/motherboard manufacturer website. Now I'm off to bed, will look at this tomorrow... Last edited by Filip The Great; 09-22-2009 at 11:48 PM. |

Just saying what I said:
It's getting late here... You have one, but you won't find it out like that, with a diagnostic tool I'll give you all links, programs and etc to you tomorrow, and make a list of what to do...OK...? "NOW" I'm off to bed xD |

Go to Control panel, open the Sounds and Audio Devices and it will
show you a screen with info about what sound card you have. Then just google that and download the drivers.... If no workey, download the driver updater tool: Driver Updater Pro by XPC Tools It will tell you info about your card and etc.. It'll probably show you the driver stuff... After it shows you, just google them and download them Finally if everything fails use this: Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit (I just found about it so I really think you shouldn't use it, cuz I don't trust it.) Best thing would be if you tell me your sound card and if I find the drivers or something EDIT: TELL ME WHAT YOU DID!!!! Cuz otherwise I can't help you xD Last edited by Filip The Great; 09-23-2009 at 10:20 PM. |
