Default Changing DVD Drive Region

OK so I lend a PAL DVD, Region 2, but my PC has NTSC, Region 1. I heard you could change it so I tried I went here :\

It sorta worked, well at least it looked like it, but now it won't play ~_~
I only got 3 chances left...
