Convert .swf to .mpeg?
I need some help on how to convert a .swf video to a .mpeg video so I can upload it on YouTube. You see, I downloaded a screen capture program and made a video, but I can't upload it because its a .swf. I need to convert it to a .mpeg. How can I do this? All the programs I've tried aren't free. Any ideas?

Well, I forgot to say that I'm using Mac. I can't download those because they're for Windows.

The program for the screen capture should have a converter in itself.
When editing the captured video export it in anotehr file format...
Other than that I have no idea, I'm not a mac user..
I Stick to the Windows xD
