ok First off any antivirus software u have has to suck to allow such things in and on top of that not find the culperate... none the less i think i can help you, i'd rather do this step by step with you like through chat to make sure u understand what it is im telling you to do. i will assume you know a bit about windows ^_^
ok first off you need to get the EXACT name of this keylogger virus spyware thing u have on ur computer. once you have such a name go on google and find what other people witht the same problem did in your case. if they claim reformatting make that a last resort kind of thing.
ok so after a little research go to your desk top and click your start button and then hit search, then files and folders, and search for the name of this bastard keylogger..
no results? (if you did find results go to the next paragraph) then think of the most recent thing you downloaded and again go start control panel then add or remove programs, it'll bring up a list of programs and you'll see the word change or remove next to each one of them, find the software or what ever you downloaded and remove it, ( this is the way you should remove any game, software. if you dont then fragments are left behind and your computer will get Angry) once its removed then restart your computer.
now if you did get results then its all up hill from here buddy, ok now after your search found this keylogger virus it will give the destination of the keylogger in your computer next to your search. it'll prolly say somthing like C:\Program Files... i pray to god you know how to navigate your computer you go to my computer then click on the drive labeled "C drive" then go to where ever the virus is from there and eliminate it. seeing as i do not know the whereabouts of such a virus i cannot help you as far as destination or what folders to click.
If all else fails then do one more thing before reformat and that is the cursed tech support... if you can understand their horrible accent and lack of interest and crappy advice then go for it otherwise if they ask you to delete your c drive cause their on a caffeen crash then dont listen to them lol
hope i helped if not then system restore sounds like the choice for you, also i would reccomend A combonation between Webroot SpySweeper and Trend micro for internet security, Email Security, Virus Protection, Spyware protection, hell right now im protected from 270000 + spywares and viruses thx to webroot spysweeper alone. Sure you'll have to pay money but i HIGHLY reccommend it. DO NOT GET NORTAN ANTI-VIRUS when you get this sorta thing with nortan your kinda screwed since you'll get over 100000 window errors that tell you when keyloggers are scanning your computers hundreds of ports, think of it this way 1 error messege per port, it gets really annoying and instead of protecting you it'll crash ur comp... i dont know if Nortan 360 fixed this or not but i dont reccomend them, macafee is ok, trend micro RULZ, and zone alarm is ok. otherwise what ever you have now obviously isn't working or is out of date and expired and you need to renew it.
