[Juugo]

So I picked up this game the other day and when I fired it up, my intial reaction was that it was weird. But you know you cant judge a game by the first five minutes (although some games you can. Any way, I've been playing it for about a week now and no I haven't beaten it, and yes it's totally rad! The fighting system that it uses is frigging amazing and it really makes you think hard as to what you are going to do next. Some fights are one on one, and some fights you fond yourself fighting a gang of People! It's a trip to be fighting an opponent who can make kage bunshins that you will lose track of and next thing you know you get ambushed out of nowhere and you die. Hahahaha!

There are still some things that I don't get, but you get a lot of the classic characters from previous games, and it also has characters that I have yet to unlock I.e. Kankuro, temari, sasori, deidara, and kisame! The attacks are easy to execute and the controls, for the most part, everything in the game has been well mapped out.

The game takes place during the time of narutos return to konoha and gaaras capture and rescue. Sort of an abridging game that is supposed to also show what happens during the between times. Really is a fun story line to play thru. One thing that you migh not like about the gameplay is the targeting system, and having to scroll thru a bunch of items and weapons during a fight. Made my hands hurt. The targeting system is a little difficult to control period. But altogether this is a fun game and I can't wait to unlock all the characters! Including sasuke in his "orochimaru student" outfit. You apparently can unlock sai too which will be fun to play as him I think. All in all, I highly reccomend this game and I give it an 8 stars out of 10.

so I did finish it yesterday after the post and it was every bit as fun as o hoped it would be. Still though, the game gets an 8 out of 10

Hi ordered it online got it on chapter 8 of akatsuki, unlocked sai and so far don't like it mainly because the changed the story to much Final verdict for me 5 out 10 will not be missed I strongly dislike it when viz vhange the brilliantly perfect storyline, I only liked the hinata filler arcs and have pre-ordered ultimate ninja 5. wishing you well luke.

Awe. Sorry you didn't like it. I however thought that the game wasn't exactly just the storyline but instead, they showed a different view of thy story line and showing things that happened while team kakashi was out, but yes, you're right that when they did reference back to the storyline, things did change a bit and that will throw you off. And now that you mention it, it was sad that jiraiya and tsunade were in the story but not useable or unlockable. I like jiraiya. You gotta admit though that the battling engine they used made for some fun fights.
