It looks like its his own mangekyou though.. cuz the ring is darker and you can sorta see the bubbly shaped eyes..

Like this one, I'm pretty sure Madara is on the right.

Umm, i'm pretty sure it's not drawn smaller.. cuz you don't have the visible solid ring for a normal 3 tomoe sharingan, it's visible, but not solid.

I know cuz when I draw It's hard to draw a good 3 tome sharingan
and it turns out exactly like that.
BTW Madara Isn't stupid to always have his Mangekyo ON.
That would blow his discuise
