It is not released. It has it's own VERSION of Shikai like Ichigo's old sword. [Better explained below]

Zaraki does NOT have a OFFICIAL shikai. He has the 'shikai', if you can call it that, that is only created due to the immense reiatsu. Just like in Ichigo's case. His older sword:

The first one is the 'shikai', the unofficial one that is created due to immense reiatsu, and the second one which is the true shikai and he obtained that when he learned his Zanpakuto's name which is Zangetsu.
