Well since we're bringing the chapter dicussing into a Off-Topic I thought it would be better if we just continued it here, if anyone wants to anyway.
As for Filip's long ass 'theory/explanation', for me to put my opinion and some counters in there, I need to divide it of which I can't right now.

Just did a 10KM walk/run and I'm very tired I can barely bend my knee, so expect it in a day or two. But I'm looking forward to the other responses D:

Soul reapers are beings that have an enormous life span.
They train most of their life, since the moment they enter the academy till they die...
Some of them train from the moment they step in to the reapers world. Byakuya is one of those cases.

Well for starters his family is one of the 4 noble families in Soul Society. They have
higher rank and status then normal Shinigamies. The shinigamies that come out of

training since they are just kids and even tho they have that kind of training only
a member capable of achieving bankai every few generations...

Byakuya is one of those. He's got his bankai for a long time. He's got the best training,
and I'm sure he knows all his Bankai secrets and powers. According to Byakuya
it takes at least 10 years to train in bankai to completely control it

Going by this I will say it again, he must have his bankai for a very long time.

So that means he is very strong. One of the strongest in Sour Society.
Even when we saw his bankai for the first time it was so amazing and powerful.
Now I'm sure he's stronger then ichigo who hasn't even been a shinigami for a full year.

Yes I agree he's very strong so powerful that can make people kneel before him.
but I disagree on the second part. And you ask why is that?
Well it's simple.

NOTE: I know you'll say ichigo is the main character so he's got to win
let's put that aside for a bit because he's gaining power through training
and is not winning only because he's main char. He worked hard for it.
That is why I admire tite he knows how to draw and create the manga
in a way that makes everyone have a chance.

It's simple because Ichigo is a hybrid. His father is a Shinigami.
That makes him strong from the very start. He's also strong in his normal
human form. You can't deny that and it reflects on his shinigami form and resolve.
He's very talented and his resolve shows in the fact that he achieved bankai in 3 days of training
even tho he was in a few battles before the training and he was injured badly.

Just look at him and tell me will you be able to fight at full power covered in
those bandages and have those wounds under them?

But I would like to note the 10 year rule still stands. Ichigo hasn't even scratched
his powers in Ban Kai, He didn't even know Getsuga tenso....

And just look at byakuyas face priceless:

Ichigo could have killed him right there on the spot. But no he wanted to fight on equal terms
as always. Full power vs. full power. Bankai vs. bankai.

He already tried using all of them once. Ichigo just deflected all of them (the petals)
so they decided to go 1 on 1 brute power vs. brute power.
This means ichigo forced Byakuya in to that kind of fight but this is where the
real problem occurs. After senkei Byakuya kept getting faster and faster:

Doesn't that place him in teh category of "not ready to sue Ban Kai"?
He was getting slower not buakyua getting faster.

he had 2 opponents in the same time and had the power to beat both of them.

I say byakuya is because he has more skill with the sword and is talented with kido.

For Kido, you have to train your ass off.
Reiatsu amount, you are born with that.

People like, Ichigo, Kenpachi, Yamamoto, are born with such sheer power. They just learn how to use it properly. I'm not saying Byakuya wasn't born with such power. But he doesn't have a shit load of reiatsu like those stated above...

I believe that Ichigo is stronger than Byakuya. Yes, Byakuya is skilled, but I do not believe he can best Ichigo. Ichigo was able to fight against Byakuya equally and drawed with him, without his hollow abilities. Imagine what this kid can do now. He would butt-rape Byakuya.


Lets also add the fact that he still doesn't even know all of his abilities. He is still training, trying to get stronger, and he is getting stronger at a astonishing rate. Ichigo is amazing.
