simply put I disagree... I won't go into why because it'll start an argument of opinons and i don't wish to do so, just found the movie below what the other 2 were however much better by comparison in my view but the movie was great on it's own

in anime it starts back from 36...which is when he first encounters him and realizes his strength but the real fighting dosnt begin tell 38 and ends at 40, figured i'd be kind and look it up for you on google, thank you yahoo answers for saving me time lol, ichi I strongly recommend watching it...it's quite the movie

Definatly liked this more than diamond dust rebellion.
Still not better than the first though. I really liked how the story just kept drawing me in but i do think the last fight could have been more epic.
