I think Gaara305 is talking about the White ichigo...
In the realm of his sword, where Zangetsu, the old man lives, there is also
another piece of Zangetsu reflecting the "evil" White ichigo...

They talk about the Horse and it's rider thing there...
I've stopped watching bleach a long time ago and I've forgoten where it is in the anime
but here it is in the manga: Bleach 110 page 01 | One Manga

And probably where Ichijin suggested about the anime or something

At eps around 122-124, it was when Ichigo fought his Hollow side in order to gain Vaizard powers.

Also mid-way through Kenpachi's fight, it was to solidify his resolution

42 I think is the first round. 124, White vs black, is the next one. He has also appeared in the latest filler for a sweet fight. 242 I think, Not for sure as I havn't seen much of the filler.
