well it looks like fillers will be starting again next week. In all honesty im not shocked about it and im not overlly depressed, i could see it comming several weeks ago, they smashed through the hueco mundo arc fairly quickly, they could have made the the kenpachi and nnoitra fight last maybe another episode or 2 and have the fighting a bit better.

Is it just me or was the animation at the very end when ulq was fighting ichigo rather poor quality?? they seemed to add a little bit of action, but the overall characters looked fair shocking imo

Awesome episode. But man, just when the fight between Ichigo and Ulquiorra is going to start, they are fillers up next. Damn, this really sucks.

Ah, this episode struck me with such an air of nostalgia, I know I'm a freak. But when Allon was waltzing down the street towards the pyramidal shaped kidou of Kira, my mind jumped to an Evangelion episode where some very similar scenes took place. And during the fight between Yamato and Allon, the music playing and Allons huge as guns took me away to Big-O. Then again, maybe I'm just crazy.

The only complaint that I have is the fact that they had the nerve to fill up so much time with scenes that had already been animated, this happens every week in virtually every anime so I come away not feeling too sour about it but still, it's fucking bothersome. That and it's fanbase.

I loved the episode!!! Cant wait to see the Ichigo/Ulquiorra battle but Damn! You guys are right, most likely they'll start a filler arc next week.

Got to agree with you here, Bleach has been particularly bad about this lately. (along with the previews being freaking pointless ) Anyway, this was a pretty decent episode, thought the Commander's fight could have been a bit better.

Ulquiorra vs Ichigo is off to an okay start, hopefully they do it justice, because that is an epic fight in the manga. I'll be pissed if they do a half-assed job on it.

also...

OMG blasphemy!! They totally censored Halibel!? What the hell!? She's not supposed to be wearing a bikini beneath her mask! DX This is her in her original glory.

Well so far they are doing a good job with all the fights in the real world and the Ichigo/Ulquiorra fights but I don't like that they censored parts of the episode like Rangiku's injury or that Halibel was wearing what looked like a bikini, and I also could have done without them showing scenes from a few episodes back overall it was an ok episode but it looks like there are gonna be fillers next week. :/

I loved this episode so much, yes I was mad about the hole sensoring of hallibels dear I say pride and glory lol. But the whole recap scene doesn't bother since they get some much accomplished in the entire episode. I wasn't really expecting them to get the Ichigo fight so soon but damn I am so pumped. Oh also I enjoy most of the bleach fillers anyways seeing as normally they are mildly entertaining.

Edit: I cant believe I forgot to mention that i've always loved how Rukia fights, because she always throws in some hand to hand and its always so different.

The hole "racap" is like... 2 min... the last week recap always stops around 6-7 min in.
Then the episode ends around 20 x.x
that like.. a little more then 10 min per ep >_> BS... >.>
