Great showing from Rukia I now do believe that she could easily become a vice captain. Great fight scenes an all around great episode in my opinion. Would of loved to see more of the Ichigo fight, but hey should be worth the wait till next week.

With those demon arts? heck ya...that was real cool IMO. Ya, hopefully Ichigo can finish that samurai dude up and move forth to the conflict in Soul Society. It'll be great once they move it back to SS.

You know i just can't stopping thinking about how strong Ichigo's dad must be I haven't read the manga or anything, but I'm guessing he was the only other substitute. I'm hoping that he tells Ichigo soon it would definitely make for another funny Bleach moment.

Actually I was thinking on the other end, he can be a true shinigami but he may just have gotten kicked out due to doing things that are forbidden by the Shinigamis like marrying a human or something.

I thought he was a substitute shinigami because I don't think a gigai can reproduce. I'm more interested in how he and ishida's dad knows each other. I wish this arc fit in, I don't like how there in Hueco Mundo then they do this but I guess they're getting way to close to the manga.

The Bleach anime is probably 16-21 episodes (11-16 episodes with the Turn Back The Pendulum arc not included) from reaching the Bleach manga.

11-16 Bleach episodes away is actually really close to the manga. In comparison to Naruto I think it's we're probably at 30+ episodes at this point.

I don't understand why Bleach is so behind in their pace on the story. Honestly, they need to whip out something good real soon so the popularity won't stay in the slump that it is right now.
