I seen almost 300 episode but i wanna know if i will see nell again since she was so strong and cute hope to see her again ..

There's a lot of loose ends, though. Grimmjow isn't dead, neither is Aizen; we haven't heard from SS since the beginning of the new arc, and there's still those mysteries surrounding Isshin and Urahara.

So we'll have to just keep watching/reading to find out what Kubo pulls out of his rear next...

Wow I never knew Bleach had this many episodes. I remember I watched around 2 or 3 and then had no more time and forgot about it. Should I get back to it?

I'm open for anime recommendations, I've seen all Slice of Life anime episodes on Watch Anime Online so I'm looking for anime similar to those, but something new.
