Hmm i havent seen it, but i just watched a trailer cuz i was curious what it was. I feel as though i need to watch it now, Evangelion is one of my fav series, so one m downloads reset... im totally on it

YES! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PUTTING AN EVANGELION THREAD!!! I've been seriously just waiting for one literally~ ;D
I loved the first part of 4 movies and was really impressed with some of the modifications. Slightly unhappy with some voice changes (namely Rei's and Ritsukos- who l thought were the best voice actors ever) but all in all, really good!

I'm just eagerly waiting for the next one "You can (not) Advance" Kaworu is my favourite character (and thats why l have my username named after him ~sorta lol l'd love to see what role he plays ;P

Agreed with loving Kaworu, tis why I love all the alternet magna's out there. (like angelic days and the other one where the angels are angels and its really weird)

But is this an alternet story like so many manga's or is this just a redone original? also did the live action movie of Evagelion ever come out?

WOOOT!~ Go Vile! I know right? Kaworu is just the best ;D and even though the other mangas are spin-offs; l really do like how they reportrayed some of the characters.

Oh and l hear that the movies (there are actually 4 in total) are modifications + remakes of the original series. In the first two movies; they keep a lot of the series but the 3rd and 4th movies will be completely original l hear

Btw ~~~~~ lmao the live action movie of Evangelion was a hoax
the trailer was just very well made but if you looked at the actors in the trailer; they're just actors from other movies - Matrix/Lord of the rings etc ..the people putting it together just used computer effects to add or change some details lol -in particular the plug suits etc..

I thought there was one being made with a red haired chick (red as in scarlet not orange) hair as some new character. Perhaps peolpe just told me about the 'you are not alone' series and I had thought it was the live action movie. Oh well : /

Now that I know this is going to be a new series, or an alternate one rather, I might just start picking up the DVD's. THough I have to finish Zeta gundam and Street Fighter II first X_X I'll just hang tight till all of these come out and just buy a pack
