Doesn't sound too interesting, but according to what he was given, the information states him being among the Wind's "Guardians" group. Well there are plenty of people in that group, but it's apparent that this guy was among the top ranking. Tch, Shinobi that are ranked in little villages like that, are not at all strong. They don't know true combat, they haven't experienced running for a full life time, well it's time he knocks some sense into these guys. Being a man who's been a criminal for his whole entire life, even from birth, he knows no fear, and to Karasu, fear is the weapon he employs upon his foes.
