Hmmm...I use adobe photoshop 6.0. It works for just about everything. If you had it to I was going to ask how to do the water affect like you did but since you dont o well. You picture was great btw.
And wraith thats great because I have backgrounds saved to my comp that are that size so I can use them for scale.
