Now someone else could probably explain this better but, to post a pick do this:
1) make photobucket account (It doesn't have to be photobucketr, it can be any image hosting website, imageshack or whatever else).
2) After you've drawn a picture, upload it onto your computer. Then, upload it to you photobucket account.
3) After doing that, get the web address of the pic, come here, click on the "Insert Image" button at the top of this box, and put the web address into the box and hit "Ok"
