Sayuri listened as Ikaku contemplated their situation. "In fact...we should move now...can you move?"
Chou managed to stand though somewhat shakily. Sayuri subconsciously held her breath as she tried to make her arms move. Her muscles just wouldn't respond to her. She tried again, and this time she managed to lift her hand slightly. After a few more attempts she was able to get herself into a position where she could rest on her elbows. But she could feel her efforts coming undone with each second that passed and, eventually, she fell onto her back, her eyes blinded by spots. She tried, yet again, and brought herself into a sitting position before she could go no further.
"I'm sorry." she said. "I can't move my legs at all, and everything else is very difficult to move." Sighing she slowly turned her head to face her companions. "I'm still so tired. I'll do my best to break out of this while we leave."
