Should probably put this in the manga section.

It's hard to say but I think Sasuke still has a huge advantage.

After all, Naruto is likely still vulnerable to genjutsu. Even if he isn't, taijutsu is probably a bad idea as well(remember last time), so it's down to ninjutsu... And Sasuke happens to have an element advantage there as well with Katon.

  Spoiler: manga 
In the end his only hope would probably be sage mode. It's a matter of sage mode versus Mangekyo Sharingan.
