Personality: Jacob has been restless for the last 4 years never staying in one place for more than a few months. He still call the Sound Village home but he has only been their a handful of times over the 4 year period. He has become very focused in his training and is never completely satisfied with the results
History: A surviving member of the Uchiha clan. Jacob was abducted as a young child by the Village hidden in the rocks who hoped to gain the power of the Sharingan for their own. Trained as a shinobi of the Hidden Rock Village Jabob attained the rank of Jonin. When he was 20 years old Jacob learned the truth of his past, and in the dark of night left the Hidden Rock Village becoming a missing ninja. He traveled the world after leaving the Hidden Rock but never returned to the Hidden Leaf village feeling he had no place their, one day he met Aika Kou who offered him a chance at a new life in exchange for helping her rebuild the sound. Jacob accepted and he has been a member of the small village.
During the last 4 years Jacob traveled the world gaining knowledge and training with many masters of combat.

Kekkei Genkai: Jacob has full control the basic Sharingan including being able to tell if a person is under genjutsu, having increased perception granting him the ability to pick up subtle details, and ability to slow down fast moving attacks though if the attack is fast enough that he can't dodge it he will still be hit. Finally he is quite skilled at being able up and copy non Kekkei Genkai techniques
Mangekyo Sharingan: An advanced form of the Sharingan that while powerful has a serious drawbacks including causing the user eye sight to deteriorate and eventually become blind if used to much. Currently Jacob has learned to use several of the techniques it offers though he only uses it when absolutely needed.
Tsukuyomi: One of the most powerful Genjutsu in existance. Requiring eye contact to be preformed the jutsu traps the target in a world that is completely controlled by the user. The greatest drawback of the ability is that it consume a great deal of chakra
Tsukuyomi Nightmare: While trapped in Tsukuyomi, Jacob forces his target to live his worst nightmare real or imagined for as long as it take, causing tremendous mental trauma.
Tsukuyomi Pleasant Dreams: Using this Jutsu Jacob is able to hypnotically suggest that the target is very tired and if successful put them to sleep.
Tsukuyomi Mode: Using this variation of Tsukuyomi Jacob is able to make his opponent think they are being held back by a barrier
Kamui: By focusing the Mangekyo Sharingan on a particular point Jacob can force that point to collapse on itself eventually if successful sending the target to another time space.
Abilities: Jacob is a talented ninja who is well balanced with Strong Taijutsu skills, Average Ninjutsu skills, and very strong Genjutsu skills. He has developed his fire abilities and wind abilities to a certain extent, and he has trained in sword combat. Though not good enough for tracking Jacob has developed a heightened sense of smell which can help him smell things that he might not be able to see.
Blaze: A combination of fire with wind adding fuel to the fire. Can cover a large area.
Gale Blade: Blade created of pure chakra with an infusion of wind that can send the unwary for quite a tumble when the attack is used.
Wind Barrier: Using wind Chakra Jacob creates a temporary barrier of intense wind that protects him from weapon attacks and other projectile attacks. Ineffective against fire
