I'm not sure if you can proove that Itachi transplanted 'somehow' anything into Sasuke but Amaterasu.

Itachi was going blind, Kakashi stated a few times that he's going blind, that's why he hates to use MS. And we don't know if Madara's brother was going blind because we barely know anything about him.

Yes, he had the choice to do so, as Madara asked him but yet he didn't do it because Itachi is precious to him and he doesn't want to end up like someone as Madara. However, I believe he will soon transplant the eyes, because he can't stand the blindness anymore.
But there's something he know, and it's a fact, prooved and impossible to argue against: Sasuke
is going blind. It's just dumb to argue over it.
