You've got it all wrong buddy...
Itachi implanted a ONE TIME ONLY Amaterasu in to sasuke,
so he can stop madara from telling the truths and lies...
That is the only reason you see Itachi's MS in sasukes eye...
There are multiple way of obtaining a MS..
Killing your best friend, killing your brother, kakashi's way and etc....
That is why sasuke has a different MS now...
Every Uchiha gets a different ms, it's unique for everyone...
It seems you didn't even poen teh page I gave you...
You can clearly see that sasuke is going blind:

I don't see any part of Itachi's eyes in Sasukes,
so NO sasuke doesn't have itachi's eyes and if he keeps
using the MS he'll get blind....

Nope, he doesn't have an EMS..
You can get EMS Only by transplanting eyes from a fellow uchiha
that has unlocked the Mangekyou Sharingan
