Well Bleach during the first 60 episodes or so was way better than Naruto imo, but then the fillers came and the quality of the series as a whole was greatly diminished. Naruto fillers were bad too, but I think Naruto is probably a better series overall, because the fillers were at least tolerable to enjoyable at times.
