Well, I am reffering to a Bleach character that has undergone hollowfication but still she is a character in Bleach by definition.
My least favourite Bleach character is Kuna Mashiro. She is like so major annoying.

And pretty much causes the hollofication of the 9th division captain Kensei.

Also, second least favourite is Yamamoto Genryuusai. He is so mean sometimes.

Especially when he fights Kyouraku Shunsui and his lieutenant. As well as he is mean to Urahara Kisuke.
