As for my least favorite it would probably be Don Kanoji. I know they try to make the guy funny, but every episode with him in it seems really stupid. Maybe that's just me though...

He's talking about S-cry-ed. And I agree, Chad is awesome. I don't really think they ripped off S-cry-ed either, the circumstances around their powers are completely different and Kubo Tite doesn't seem to be that kind of author.
Jeez, how come everyone hates Orihime? I think she's an awesome character. Her personality just doesn't show as well in the anime, so if you aren't already reading the manga, do so.
My least favorite character, uh...idk I'm not a big fan of Renji's, but I don't know that he's my least favorite.
